Plastics

We work with hundreds of different type of thermoplastic resins which a lot of them are readily available, off the shelf. We can also accept customer-supplied customized materials. Some of resins we work with:

  1. PA (nylon)
  2. PMMA (acrylic)
  3. PC (Polycarbonate)
  4. ABS
  5. POM (Acetal/Delrin)
  6. PEEK
  7. TPU
  8. PE (Polypropylene)
  9. HDPE

Injection Molding

Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing large quantities of plastic parts. It is typically used when the same part is being created thousands or even millions of times in succession.

Blow Molding

Need a thin wall hollow part? Blow molding is suitable for creating hollow parts efficiently and cost-effectively. We offer extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and stretch blow molding through our sister facility. Our project managers and engineers have the expertise to manage your blow molded part needs and will ensure your part is done just as it’s in our own facility.

SPECIALIZED PROCESSES

Insert molding / Over Molding

Insert molding is a process in which plastic is injected into a mold that contains an pre-placed insert such as Shielding Sheet metal, Structural metal, Screws. Pre molded part etc.
The result of insert molding is a single molded plastic piece with an insert surrounded/over molded by the plastic.
No separate assembly process phase required thus it enables improved tolerance control & cost efficiency.

Injection Compression molding

Injection Compression molding involves injecting plastic while the mold is slightly open, then applying clamp tonnage to complete the filling of the cavity. This technique helps to fill thin wall parts, lower residual stresses, lower molecular orientation and birefringence , less and more even shrinkage, and better dimensional tolerances.

Double-shot molding (2K Molding)

Double-Shot Injection is the process of molding two different plastic materials into one part at one time. Where we can achieve multiple colors, Appearance, Function (Opaque & transparent) , Feeling (Hard& Soft) Double-Shot injection molding allows versatility and more cost effective

Glass insert molding

GIM is similar to Insert molding concept but tempered glass will be placed in the mold to integrate with plastic. This technology need special tooling & know how molding process Key advantages are Seamless glass windows with narrow dead band products.

In-Mold Labeling (IML)

IML is a high-quality and cost-effective technology where a printed, formed & trimmed label are placed into the injection mold. The molten plastic is injected and the label fuses to the component surface IML gives the ability to have multiple colors, graphic effects and/or textures when the part comes out the mold. It is a cost-effective alternative to pad printing, hot stamping, paint and laser etching.

Rapid Heat Cycle Molding

The concept involves bringing the mold surface temperature close to the plastic glass transition temperature (Tg) just before injection. This technology enhances the visual quality of plastic part, High glossy surface, Reduced Weld line/Flow mark/gate mark, Better replica of sparked or etched mold surface. Thin wall molding.

Pad printing is an ideal way to transfer a 2D image to a 3D object. It’s also preferred to be used on unusual, uneven, objects or surfaces.

Also call screen printing, is a highly specialized process used to print on flat and flexible surfaces. It produces bold, bright, firm and metallic colors that make your designs stand out.

The most cost-effective option to treat a surface to your specification is to paint it. The painting of plastic parts created through injection molding requires knowledge of the chemistry and characteristics of various plastic materials, of the mold and all the variables involved in the plastic manufacturing process.

A widely used process of joining or reforming the thermoplastics through the use of heat generated from high-frequency mechanical motion. It is cost-effective and highly automated which also saves manpower and costs.

We can assemble your complex parts together to reduce in-house labor costs and deliver to your final assembler. Our facilities are ISO certified and we follow the most stringent quality management system to ensure your part are done correctly.

Whether you want to achieve a special shine on an entire side or just a section, our machines are capable of meeting your specifications.

Also call laser engraving. You can add specific letters, numbers, or even images or almost any thermoplastic materials.
